Thank you for your interest in submitting an for use on Wild Photographers.com. Wild Photographers.com is an online resource designed for users who share the common interest of nature and wildlife photography.

We are interested in seeing well-written feature articles, how-to's, technical tips and hints, instructions, location information, motivational articles and other articles that will help our audience gain nature and wildlife photography knowledge. Submissions can include articles that have been previously published, provided they do not break any contractual agreements with other publishers or publishing companies.

Feature articles should be approximately 1500-2000 words, while any essay or synopsis may be significantly shorter and should be less than 800 words, but no shorter than 400 words. Article topics may include subject, habitat, location etc. Any article or content of questionable nature may be subject to review and/or may need further edits to comply with submission guidelines.

Due to the inherint nature of nature and wildlife photography, content is often timed to coincide with typical subject expecations at specific times of year.

We currently will only accept articles that are submitted by the original author. By providing submissions to Wild Photographers, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable and royalty-free right and license to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, edit, create derivative works from and publish your submissions in original and edited form on the Wild Photographers website only. As author, you retain your copyright interest of your submissions and you retain all other proprietary rights with regard to such submissions.

If your article submissions don't already bear an appropriate copyright notice we may add copyright notices to it, where appropriate. When you provide submissions to us, you represent and warrant that: (1.) you are the sole author of the submission and/or you own the copyright and grant the website WildPhotographers.com the rights and licenses set above; and (2) the submission is a work original to the you as the author (unless identified by you as containing original work(s) of third party authorship) and that such submission, including all third party works of authorship, does not infringe any copyright, trademark, tradename (or knowingly infringe any patent or any other proprietary right) of any third party other than youself, the submitting author.

Unless a written contractual agreement is executed between this website, Wildphotographers.com and you as the author, neither you nor any of your licensors or future copyright holders will be compensated financially or monetarily for our use of any article, text, photograph, image or other submission that you, the author provide to us. Any article submission, included but not limited to: article, text, photograph, image or other published submission will remain in the archives on the website in perpetuity or until the website removes the material.

This license may be transferred at any time and without prior consent to any individual or corporate successor in interest, acquiror or other entity that purchases or otherwise obtains substantially all or part of our business assets or stock, or to any parent corporation or entity, any subsidiary corporation or entity, or any of our divisions that are operated as a separate business.
